Built for safe, responsible outreach: Prospect Catcher works from your own browser and account at a careful, human pace, with conservative defaults and automatic pausing to help protect your account. You stay in full control of how you use it.

1. The service

Prospect Catcher is a browser extension and website that help you organise and automate LinkedIn outreach from your own browser and account. By installing or using it, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility & your responsibilities

You must be 18+ and able to form a binding contract.
You operate your own LinkedIn account, and you are responsible for complying with LinkedIn's User Agreement and all applicable laws (including anti-spam and data-protection laws).
You will keep outreach relevant and respectful, and honour opt-outs.
You will set sensible volumes; the conservative defaults exist for your safety.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Prospect Catcher to harass, deceive, scrape data unlawfully, send spam, or violate any third party's rights or any platform's terms. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. No affiliation with LinkedIn

Prospect Catcher is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. "LinkedIn" is a trademark of its owner.

5. No guarantees

The service is provided "as is". Outreach results (leads, replies, revenue) depend on your offer, audience and effort — any figures shown on our site are illustrative, not promises. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service; LinkedIn may change in ways that temporarily break features.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are at our discretion unless required by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or for any restriction LinkedIn places on your account arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months.

8. Termination & changes

You may stop using the service anytime by uninstalling the extension. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
